Smidge Wines is the private label of one of Australia’s most exciting wine making talents, Matt Wenk. He is best known for his 10+ years as Chief Winemaker at the Two Hands stable, where his success included the globally – unmatched achievement of 10 consecutive spots in Wine Spectator’s top 100.

For the past 2 years Matt has focussed on his label, Smidge Wines, (smidgewines.com) where he creates original, small batch, barrel-selected wines. With 5 Halliday Stars, and Private Producer of the Year (Melbourne International Wine Competition) Smidge Wines continue to show Matt’s talent for finding outstanding vineyards that consistently deliver remarkable fruit, and transforming them to unique, small volume, world class wines.
